Job Description


An investment consulting firm located in downtown Chicago seeks an Administrative Assistant to join their team!


Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

-        Answer the main phone line and greet guests

-        Assist with Excel reports and data entry

-        Enter contacts into Sales Force

-        Maintain company information through Constant Contact and other websites

-        Create mail merge documents and lists

-        Other various administrative tasks


Job Requirements

Requirements of the Administrative Assistant:

-        Bachelor’s degree is required

-        Must have at least one year of experience in an administrative role

-        Experience in financial services and Sales Force are a plus

-        Must be very detail oriented and a quick learner

-        Must have a lot of energy and enthusiasm
