Contract Processor II

Job Description



This position is responsible for the timely and accurate preparation and processing of contracts and all ancillary documents necessary to secure all types of sales from complex equity deals to new sales.  Additionally, this position is responsible for the verification of all demographic, deed, exchange program activity and financial information to ensure the integrity of applied equity and owner information.


  • Data entry and document preparation of vacation packages, timeshare purchases, warranty deeds, affidavits and authorization forms
  • Verify exchange information and owner usage and communicate transactions and balances to sales consultants
  • Conduct Deed verifications and prepare documents for property transfers
  • Responsible for reviewing owner’s accounts and communicating, collecting and posting outstanding balances for mortgage, late fees and maintenance fees in various software applications.
  • Verification of contract documents pre and post quality assurance confirmation
  • Release restricted inventory according to sales guidelines
  • Ensure unsold inventory held for daily sales is released timely
  • Update demographic and financial information
  • Prepare daily sales deposits and conduct deposit verification
  • Assist with reconciliation and audit of all daily sales reports
  • Assist management with training and cross-training
  • Assist Pending Management with contract auditing
  • Prepare and process mail outs for vacation packages and timeshare purchases
  • Provide accurate and timely assistance to customers and guests
  • Document accounts and properly route action items
  • Ensure supply levels are maintained at approved levels
  • Prepare orders, receive, review deliveries and stock in locked storage

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work weekends and late shifts as needed
  • Must be able to multi-task

  • Must be able to type 45 WPM

High School Diploma or GED equivalency required

Minimum of 6 months contract preparation experience preferred

Minimum of 6 months cash handling experience required
