Job description Job Description: - Installation/upgrades/configuration - Monitoring error logs on servers - Trouble-shooting Hyperion Issues for users and updating/responding to trouble tickets - Creating/Migrating Hyperion Applications (FDM, HFM and Planning) - Starting/Stopping Hyperion Services and processes - Logging, monitoring and managing Oracle Support SRs for open issues - Performance Tuning (setting/modifying application parameters) - Coordinating and working closely with the server/database team to troubleshoot OS and database related issues - Change control for all changes/enhancements made in the existing environments - Patch application - Integration with other systems/applications Requirement: - Minimum 2+ year of experience with Hyperion BPM such as Essbase/HP/HFM. with proven experience with the following Hyperion Systems– - Hyperion Planning 11.1.1.3 - Hyperion BI Reports 11.1.1.3 - Hyperion Financial Management 11.1.1.3 - Hyperion Financial Data Quality Management 11.1.1.3 - Hyperion Shared Services - Hyperion Web servers (FDMWeb and HFMWeb – Apache, WebLogic, IIS) - Essbase 11.1.1.3 - Hyperion Client tools - SmartView - ODI should have familiarity with – - Windows 2003 Servers (includes Windows 2003 Terminal Services Server, SSL setup, VM, LoadBalancing) - MS SQL Server 2005
Required
Bachelor's Degree At least 1 year experience in Hyperion English: Fluent
Preferred
Master's Degree in Other Sciences
