We are looking for an Area Service Manager.

An Area Service Manager provides direction to regional property service team members in support of unit turn activities including compliance to standards and schedule. This person is responsible for cost, schedule, product quality, and appropriate application of materials and methods per Aimco product standards, contract documents, and other established guidelines. May perform work at properties.

 

Strong candidates have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or business or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 6 years of experience in property maintenance management with strong working knowledge of facilities management procedures, program management, budgeting, training, and program implementation.
