We offer a turn- key system to help you build your own insurance and financial services agency.  Farmers has a proven system with over 3,500 agents in California and $5.8 Billion in annual premium sales.  We are the largest insurer in California and have purchased 21^st Century Insurance and agents will have access to thousands of leads per year.

We offer state of the art internet/classroom based training, an interest free small business loan that you can qualify to never pay back, 50% advertising aid to share marketing expenses, and over 50 innovative competitive products.  First year income ranges from $50,000 to $75,000, second year income ranges from $75,000 to $ 100,000 and third year income is over $125,000 +.  $250,000 within 5 years.  Two agents in our district earn over $1,000,000 annually.  (Actual income figures provided at confidential interview)

Our program is not for everyone.  You must have a desire to work for yourself and be willing to work hard to build your own company.  Low overhead at our district training center is provided and a full benefits package is available. 

Job Requirements

-Entrepreneurial spirit, want to be self employed

-Successful track record at prior employment

-Good credit history, no BK within last 7 years

-No criminal convictions

-Previous sales experience a plus, not required

-Willingness to invest some money in a business

-Bilingual a plus, not required
