Director of Account Services - Facilities and Service Management Software

The Director of Account Services will work with key accounts to identify, shape and meet new client objectives, ensure services are delivered in accordance with specifications and maintain the business welfare and health of the client base. The Director of Account Services shall provide deployment leadership (identifying client’s business needs, mapping objectives to requirements, managing team activity to deployment milestones) and client stewardship through application launch and stability. Thereafter the Director of Account Services will coordinate with other teams to ensure call center, vendor management and other ancillary services are effectively executed on behalf of the customer. To be successful, the Director of Account Services shall ensure client reference-ability and contract renewal by building strong relationships and business management strategies.

The ideal candidate will have CMMS/Facilities Management experience and experience planning and implementing enterprise ERP software.
