Trover Solutions, Inc. is a leading independent provider of outsourced insurance subrogation, claims recovery and cost containment solutions for the healthcare payor and property and casualty industries. Founded in Louisville, Kentucky, in 1988 as Healthcare Recoveries, the company initially focused on recoveries in the healthcare segment of the insurance industry.
In 2000, Trover launched TransPaC Solutions, a separate operating division facilitating recoveries in the property and casualty industry. The company introduced its proprietary recovery software, Troveris®, in 2001, as well as launching consultative services for healthcare and property and casualty insurers with internal subrogation departments.
The company changed its name to Trover Solutions, Inc., in 2002 to reflect the expansion of its products and services into new markets.
