In September 1991, we mailed the first Frontgate catalog to 300,000 upscale American households. The aim of our new direct marketing company was to offer these consumers products and services of unprecedented quality. Since that time we have enjoyed tremendous growth. Frontgate's corporate offices are located in West Chester, Ohio, approximately 20 minutes north of downtown Cincinnati. In addition to our administrative offices, the facility houses our 860,000-square-foot national distribution center, call center, and the Frontgate Outlet Center, home to the Frontgate Catalog Outlet, Frontgate Showroom and the Ballard Designs Outlet.
