HEALTH INSURANCE - Group insurance, partially paid by IOS, including medical PPO or HMO, dental, vision, life and AD&D are elective for employees and dependents. In addition, Section 125 advantages which allow employee premiums to be pre-tax, which enhances net after tax income.
DOWNTIME PAY - Payroll is continued for sick time, holidays, and lapses between jobs. Eligibility is accrued at a rate of 12 days per year.
FREQUENT FLYER PROGRAM - Every full workweek put in on a job earns 500 frequent flyer miles on American, United, Delta and Northwest airlines.
BONUSES - Referral bonuses, frequent hours bonuses and special recognition bonuses are paid under varying circumstances.
