We search and recruit for the most talented and qualified professionals in the Accounting/Finance, Information Technology ,Office Clerical and Banking and Brokerage sectors. Our Executive Search consultants are dedicated to their particular industries and typically come from backgrounds within their respective industries. Since our inception in 2000, we have been working with leading edge companies ranging from emerging start-ups to Fortune 500. Sanford Barrows Group places professionals on both a permanent and contract basis.

Our Permanent Division is dedicated to assisting clients with their hiring needs. We achieve this goal by getting to know our clients’ needs, and presenting the most qualified candidates in a timely fashion. This is accomplished by being selective with the companies that we choose as partners. Sanford Barrows Group conducts searches on both a contingency and retainer basis. In this rapidly changing industry, Sanford Barrows Group constantly strives to keep up on current and new market trends. As a result, we continue to evolve along with the changing market place. Our Permanent Placement Division works with most major corporations in South Florida and most of our recruiters have in excess of 7-10 years of local recruiting experience. Many of our recruiters have backgrounds in Accounting and Finance, making them highly qualified to screen candidates for your search.

Candidate Services

We offer a full range of candidate services in order to make the best match possible for our clients. We check all available references of the candidate’s past employment, and we also perform background checks, including criminal, education, job verification and credit checks. (based on your requirements) Where applicable, we offer administrative testing of specific skills through the internet, to objectively determine the skill level of the applicant in question. We spend a great deal of time getting to know our candidates, the types of jobs they are seeking, what their career objectives are, and the types of work environments they thrive in. We especially get to know our candidates’ personal preferences, types of employers they respond best to, and drill into the minute details of their work experiences, to discern the true characteristics of the people we represent. We do our best to make the most well rounded match because we believe it makes for much longer term placements. Our “falloff” occurrence is very rare, due to the quality matches we make.

Fees for service

Our fees vary by search, but contingent searches can range anywhere from 20-30% of the candidates annual compensation. We offer a standard 90 day guarantee.
