Innovative Senior Care professionals implement CARE3 Wellness Program components for residents in senior living communities across the nation. Residents who participate in CARE3 Program activities typically require less assistance and remain independent longer than those who do not participate.

There are three distinct segments of the CARE3 Wellness Program, each comprised of multiple components, activities and processes: Rehabilitation Care; Fitness Care and Educational Care.

As the most intensive group of CARE3SM Wellness Program services, Rehabilitation Care components include physical, occupational and speech therapy, with the goal of helping seniors achieve the greatest levels of functional independence possible.

Physical Therapy helps seniors achieve functional mobility, balance, flexibility and endurance through prescribed exercise and ambulation modalities, including an emphasis on balance training, which is critically important, but often overlooked.

Occupational Therapy helps individuals achieve optimal independence with activities of daily living, such as dressing, bathing, homemaking and safety.

Speech Therapy helps develop communication skills, enhance memory and achieve safe swallowing.
