JD Byrider
Our sales team is paramount to our organization’s continued growth and success and is the first face that our customers see. The comprehensive training program they complete has been successful in preparing our sales team to manage our unique business and meet the needs of our customers while providing uncompromising customer service.

Managing Partner – Responsible for the overall operations and success of the store. The program consultants report in to this position.

Program Consultants - This is not a used car salesperson position! We sell a program that helps our customers get back on their feet and re-establish their credit. In this role, you would be responsible for:

• Driving a program that exceeds our customer’s expectations


• Providing excellent customer service


• Communicating product value to our customers


• Demonstrating to customers how our product offering meets their individual needs

Our finance team at Car Now Acceptance Corp. is here to insure we set our customers up to succeed and reestablish their credit. They will help set them on a path to a brighter future and stay with them through the life of the loan.

Finance Manager – Responsible for the overall sales and success of the CNAC finance team. All CNAC team members report in to this position.

Assistant Finance Manager – Manages their own portfolio, completes budgeting process with customers, has underwriting authority and conducts collections on delinquent accounts.

Portfolio Manager – Conducts collections on delinquent accounts and learns the budgeting and underwriting process.

Office Manager/Cashier – Processes customer payments/cash handling, title processing, filing, answering phone and provides excellent customer service.

Service Department

Our Service Department exists solely to service our JD Byrider customer vehicles. The service team insures our cars are safe and reliable for our customers and provides affordable service enabling our customers to maintain their cars and gives them an affordable advantage!

Service Manager - Responsible for the overall operations and success of our Service Department while maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Auto Technicians – All of our Technicians are ASE Certified to insure the best possible education and service on all of our cars.

Detailer - Our detailers provide our customers with immaculate cars that look like new.

Facility Associate - The facility associate is a team player who helps with light maintenance and detailing of our cars as well as processing incoming cars.

Part-Time Drivers - Our drivers help insure our lots stay full by transferring the cars from Central recon to the lots as well as other assignments as needed.
