Medical Insurance
• Your choice: a network of doctors or a plan that provides the option of choosing a doctor outside of the network. Dental Insurance
• Your choice: a dentist network or a plan that allows you to use your own dentist. Vision Care
• Participate in one of our medical plans and your vision coverage is included. 401(k) Plan
• Choose from eleven different investment funds. Rose Hills invests $0.50 for every $1.00 contributed by the employee, up to $2,000.00 per year. Life Insurance

• Purchase additional portable coverage for yourself, spouse and/or children. Long Term Disability
