Overview

ClearStaff, Inc. was created in July 1997, providing light industrial workers to customers in the greater Chicago area.

ClearStaff management all have broad experience in the staffing industry with national firms. As a result, we hold to the concept that locally owned providers have much stronger service levels due to the vested interest in the success of their organization.
Culture

We understand that your success is tied to our performance. Consequently, our strength is in the field with our branch managers and recruiters who take personally the ability to place that one machine operator or five hundred general laborers for your project. For our ongoing large accounts we provide on-site staffing often utilizing web based, biometric time keeping systems to augment reporting and quantify labor hours for our customers. Finally, you will have direct access to our top management who spend the majority of their time in the field. Any customer may call any Branch Manager or our President at any time.
Safety

ClearStaff understands the importance of safety in the workplace and consistently provides updated safety training to our key personnel as well as our service employees. ClearStaff provides our workers with OSHA standard training in HAZMAT and HAZARD COMMUNICATION and GMP information tailored to the worksite environment.
