We value collaboration among our member leaders, physicians and employees, but maintain local autonomy to ensure health care services are provided in a manner that best suits the unique needs of each community. Local network boards maintain the responsibility for governance and clinical services provided in their local networks. Strategic planning, clinical service line development, marketing and advertising are conducted on a systemwide basis as well as locally.

Services are provided through facilities and physicians within three delivery networks.

With the help of a managed care, physician integration and corporate services infrastructure, the system supports each network's efforts to provide the highest quality health care to communities served in eastern Westchester County, New York, southern Connecticut and southwestern Rhode Island.
