Incorporated in 2002, Hal Hays Construction, Inc. (HHCI), expanded the firm’s service areas to include the federal, military and government marketplace in Heavy & Civil Engineering Construction, Commercial & Institutional Buildings, Site Preparation & Demolition, Emergency Response Services and Utility System Construction projects.
