Retail Banking If you enjoy sales and customer service, then a position in one of our bank branches is for you. Our Sales Associate, Personal Banker and Branch Management opportunities provide the opportunity to interact with the public and help customers meet their banking needs.

Customer Service We pride ourselves in the exceptional service provided to our customers. Our Customer Service Call Center serves the needs of our mortgage and retail banking customers over the phone, while many other positions throughout the Company assist customers face to face.

Retail Operations The Retail Operations team supports our retail banking branches. If you enjoy researching and solving customer questions, this may be the area for you. Examples of positions in Retail Operations are Overdraft Collections Specialists, Saving Representatives, Checking Representatives, and Loss Prevention Specialists.

Corporate Functions Helping our employees to succeed, the Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Legal, Maintenance and Marketing departments provide support for the Guaranty Bank Family of Companies.
