Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is a premier third party logistics provider. We partner with thousands of companies nationwide to facilitate their truckload freight movements.

While our company does not own any trucks, our sales professionals (also called Logistics Account Executives) arrange for authorized motor carriers to transport the goods of our clients.

TQL was founded in 1997 by a former produce buyer who was frustrated with the lack of dependability in the trucking industry and intent on creating a reputable third party source for logistics transportation. Our company was founded on the values of ethics, integrity and quality customer service, and takes pride in sticking to these same principles today.

After 13 years in the logistics industry, we have a great deal to celebrate. We have:
  • Grown from the 2 original partners to over 1,100+ employees.
  • Built a 100,000 square foot corporate headquarters in Cincinnati, OH.
  • Opened an additional 7 satellite offices around the United States.
  • Reached $760 million in sales in 2010.

    Sales at TQL

    We are a SALES organization that operates in the logistics industry. We sell a service called truckload brokerage to companies looking to transport their merchandise over the road by truck drivers and carriers. We’ve built a reputation in our industry for our exceptional customer service and high level of professional integrity. These competitive advantages are enabled by our company structure.

    At TQL, our sales department makes up over 75% of our 1,100+ person organization. TQL has always been dedicated to building strong sales professionals and our operating structure provides constant support to our sales teams.


    TQL Training Program
    The TQL Training Program is structured to last approximately six months and is comprised of logistics- and sales-focused education that is taught with a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on practical application.

    The program is designed to teach you the ins and outs of the logistics industry and mastery of TQL processes and programs. You will also learn sales techniques and practices that will give you the skills you need to build your book of business by creating and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
