March 2005: KAEGAN awarded $25 Million Contract to provide PM CATT PPSS Support.
The Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) has awarded KAEGAN a five year IDIQ contract to perform Post Production Software Support (PPSS) for Program Manager Combined Arms Tactical Trainer (PM CATT) Systems. Support includes system and software engineering, life cycle software support, testing, quality assurance, configuration management, replication, distribution, installation, training, and publications support in support of CCTT software and the support of those programs which use the CCTT software. These include the CCTT and SIMNET programs and programs the CCTT software has been distributed to over the life of the program. PPSS work will be performed at the Science Applications International Corporation CCTT Laboratory Facility in Orlando, Florida. Supporting KAEGAN in the performance of this effort are Advanced Systems Technology, Inc. (AST), and Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC).

The Naval Air Systems Command, Training Systems Division (NAVAIR Orlando TSD) has awarded KAEGAN a Delivery Order to perform Contract Support Services (CSS) over a five-year period under KAEGAN’s SeaPort-e Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). These services encompass a wide range of program management, logistics, and engineering and instructional systems support for training systems managed by NAVAIR Orlando TSD Program Directorates for Aviation, Surface, Undersea and Special Emphasis. Teamed with KAEGAN to provide these services are: Jardon and Howard Technologies, Inc. (JHT); Advanced Systems Technology, Inc. (AST); Camber Corporation; RDR, Inc.; AVT Simulation; Wyle Laboratories; Novonics; Riptide Software, Inc.; and MTS Technologies, Inc.

KAEGAN Corporation is providing the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAVAIR Orlando) Communications and Information Systems Instructional Support at Center for Information Technology/Center for Surface Combat Systems Fleet Training Facilities. This effort provides technical and instructional support at Navy Education and Training (NETC), Navy Personnel Development Command (NPDC), Center for Information Technology (CIT) fleet training facilities located throughout Continental United States (CONUS) and provides support for Communications and Information Systems Training at various CONUS and OCONUS locations. KAEGAN is supported by Jardon & Howard Technologies, Inc. (JHT) of Orlando, FL in the performance of this contract.
KAEGAN also supports the Center for Anti-Terrorism and Naval Security Forces (CENATNSF), Navy Personnel Development Command (NPDC), Navy Education and Training Command (NETC) by providing instruction and instructional management for Navy force protection training courses at Navy Fleet Concentration Areas. KAEGAN’s Training Site Managers: organize, coordinate, and monitor training programs; collect and/or develop measures of performance, measures of effectiveness, and training quality; participate in training reviews and instructor observations; monitor training site operations and student performance; and assist in identifying curriculum deficiencies.
