Position Summary:


 Strategic business partner responsible for ensuring alignment of business objectives with HR initiatives, enhancing organizational capability.  This position supports the South sales and marketing region and the Corporate marketing organization.  Primary responsibilities include:



  • Execution of HR's long range programs and strategies in alignment with overall company strategies
  • Lead and support change initiatives
  • Consult and collaborate with senior leadership on business initiatives
  • Coach and develop senior leaders
  • Lead talent management initiatives for area of responsibility
  • Partner with compensation to ensure internal and external market competitiveness
  • Identify L&D opportunities in partnership with the business and execute on strategies
  • Actively engage with senior leadership to identify areas of opportunities and solutions to business concerns
  • Measure and evaluate the impact of HR solutions through metrics and data analysis; enhance fact-based decision-making
  • Oversee administration of HR policies and practices to ensure compliance with company policy, regulatory agencies and law
  • Identify, coach and develop HR team
 Requirements

Qualifications


 10 years of progressive HR experience with knowledge of business operations, with a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience


  • BS in Human Resource Management, Business Management or other related degree
  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated track record of success in problem solving
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic and consulting skills, including the ability to exercise sound, independent judgment.
  • Highly collaborative, innovative and creative in approaching and accomplishing work
  • Excellent relationship building, interpersonal and influence skills with internal and external customers
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, lead and evaluate team of HR professionals
  • Proven track record in taking initiative, setting strategic priorities and driving results
  • Demonstrated ability in working on and managing multiple priorities.  Comfortable in working with complexity and ambiguity
  • Experienced in working effectively with multiple levels within the organization and as part of a matrix team
  • Ability to travel overnight 50% of the time
