Patient Account Representative: 

Work with patients by telephone. Assist them with securing benefits from Medicaid and charity programs. The goal is to help them receive coverage for their medical related expenses. Work with the agencies that provide the benefits and serve as a referral base for other services found in the community. We are seeking individuals who have Medicaid program/process knowledge. Will also require travel to onsite facility.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Degree is preferred but is not required
• Social services experience is helpful
• Background with Medicaid program eligibility a +
• Bilingual skills are preferred
• must be compassionate about helping those in need
• Must be a good communicator
• Must pass typing test of 35wpm, test will be given at interview
• Must have verifiable, updated references for the last 7 years to be considered
