This should be someone with at least 6 years of experience developing rich interactive web sites from scratch with prevailing web development techniques. All new development will be in HTML5 and CSS3 but candidates don't necessarily need to be experts with these relatively new technologies. This will be a great chance to extend your skills with the latest in HTML5 and CSS3 for anyone that already has a strong background in custom web development.
