The Signature Home Health On-call/PRN Speech-Language Pathologist covers the Whatcom County Washington area providing therapy to patients with a variety of medical conditions in accordance to the physician plan of treatment. You will work with a comprehensive team of medical professionals who meet once a week to discuss the plan of care of on each patient. Assist in developing, implementing and revising the therapy treatment program. Provide education to patient and family providing complete therapy services that will enhance the life of the patient. The qualified candidate must be a licensed SLP in the State of Washington, minimum of one year experience, current driver’s license and reliable vehicle and auto insurance.
