HOME HEALTH OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

The Signature Home Health Occupational Therapist covers the Medford, Grants Pass and Ashland, Oregon area and provides therapy to a variety of patients with a variety of medical conditions in accordance to the physician plan of treatment. You will work with a comprehensive team of medical professionals who meet once a week to discuss the plan of care of each patient. Oversee and supervise COTA’s, assist in developing, implementing and revising the therapy treatment program. Provide education to patients and family and provide complete therapy services that will enhance the life of the patient. Signature offers extensive training, continuing education opportunities, Lap Top, cell phone reimbursement and Point of Care Software. The qualified candidate must be a licensed OT in the State of Oregon, minimum of one year experience, current driver’s license and reliable vehicle and auto insurance.
