Administrative Assistant Entry Level

Job Description

Short and long term entry level administrative positions available in the Northshore. Great position for recent grads looking to gain experience!

Duties for the position include:

  • Attention to detail. Process client agreements and contracts.
  • Process and convert PDF documents when contracts are signed.
  • Correspondence between sales team, customers, and executives.
  • Data entry for sales team utilizing systems.
  • Process payments received, record check payments into system.
  • Run and distribute weekly reports to staff.
  • General daily administrative support to Executives and Sales team.
  • Answering incoming phone calls and meeting and greeting at front desk when needed for reception.

Job Requirements

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with MS Office ; Word, Excel, Data Entry.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • 1-2 years of Office Experience
