We have a new opening for a Call Center Supervisor in our Call Center Mahwah, NJ. This is an exciting and interesting entry-level position. The primary functions of the position include:
- Training, developing and motivating Agents to exceed set performance goals daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly
- Valuing and inspiring a team of Agents through effective and consistent leadership, relationship building, and reward and recognition
We are looking for bilingual (Spanish) Call Center Supervisors as well!
Salary Range: $30,000 - $35,000
Bonus Potential: $2,000 +
