The Signature Home Health Physical Therapist covers a geographic territory in the Eugene and Springfield, Oregon area, providing therapy to a variety of patients with variety of medical conditions in accordance to the physician plan of treatment. You will work with a comprehensive team of medical professionals who meet once a week to discuss the plan of care of each patient. The successful candidate will oversee and supervise PTAs, assist in developing, implementing and revising the therapy treatment program; provide education to patient and family and provide complete therapy services that will enhance the life of the patient. Signature offers extensive training, continuing education opportunities, laptop, cell phone reimbursement and Point of Care Software. The qualified candidate must be a licensed PT in the state of Oregon, possess a current driver’s license and reliable vehicle insurance. Signature also offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes: competitive hourly pay or per visit pay, direct deposit, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long and short term disability, 4 weeks vacation, 6 paid holidays, 401K Plan, flexible spending and $400 Continuing Education. Benefits offered vary from Full Time, Part Time and PRN/On Call Employee.
