We are looking for results-oriented, highly driven and energetic self starters to join our growing team of Business Coaches.

Our global network of Business Coaches are highly successful individuals who help the owners of small and medium sized businesses in every industry with their sales, marketing, management, team building. They help them become more successful and profitable.

We provide the training, systems, tools and methodologies. You use your own previous experience and our proven methods and systems to coach clients to success.

As part of the recruitment process, you will go through an exhaustive, world class 10-day training program, conducted by International Trainers. You will receive a professional certification as a Business Coach and several ongoing training opportunities in addition to your own weekly coaching sessions.

 Our Business Coaches are responsible for getting results for their business clients by following a proven path to success.  They constantly strive to stretch themselves, while at all times supporting the organization’s vision and also challenging their clients to strive for continuous improvement in all facets of the business. They are also accountable for developing successful entrepreneurs through tested coaching methodologies and business strategies.

Successful candidates must have a demonstrated ability to create and foster a cohesive team in an empowered environment, and demonstrate organization, strategic planning, teaching, mentoring and coaching skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

A Bachelor's Degree is required for this position, as well as either corporate experience in a mid-senior level position, AND/OR past business ownership experience. Candidates with past corporate and/or business ownership experience are encouraged to apply for this position.

Candidates must be able to travel out of state for initial training. This is to certify as a Business Coach through a phenomenal training program conducted by International Trainers.

We believe in providing the best training for our Business Coaches. You will experience an extensive training program to certify you as Business Coach and also fully train you in our tested business strategies and systems before you start out in your assigned territory.
