Our account manager position is a challenging and dynamic position with great opportunities for advancement. As a territory account manager at Westlake, you will be educating and training our current Dealership base of almost 12,000 and at the same time acquiring new sources and contacts.
You will be responsible for all sales activities and account development within the Franchise dealer segment in assigned accounts or regions while managing quality and consistency of product and service delivery.
The Franchise Dealer Account Manager will work only with Franchised dealerships within a market segment. Independent dealerships are not included in any of your marketing, sales or account development efforts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Present and sell company products and services to all levels of management within the franchise dealership.
•Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
•Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity in franchised dealers.
•Identify franchise sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
•Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
•Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
•Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships within the franchise dealer community.
•Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain dealerships
•Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
•Identify and resolve client concerns.
•Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
•Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
•Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
•Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce dealer attrition
•Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events for franchised dealers.
•Follow-up for collection of payment (FPD/Titles)
•Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees, as requested.
•Other duties as assigned.
