We are currently seeking candidates to fill multiple entry level administrative assistant positions in our sales and marketing, accounting and production departments.

SALES & MARKETING DEPARTMENT
- Proof and enter orders;
- Respond to customer or prospective customers product questions;
- Record customer complaints and respond with corrective action reports;
- Process Return Material Authorizations;
- Maintain customer data base and order history;
- Generate quotations for existing and prospective customers
- Provide customer sales and marketing reports to the VP Marketing & Sales;
- Provide product inventory requirements to Production Department;
- Implement Product Satisfaction Surveys;
- Notify customers of attendance at Scientific Meetings;
ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT (PURCHASING & A/P)
- Process vendor invoices;
- Monitor Accounts Payable & issue payment schedule;
- Process purchase orders;
- Maintain records of all vendors;
- Issue RFQ's when required;
- Issue Purchasing Contracts;
