Job Description

Director of Nursing/DON:
Premier Medical Services Inc. is looking for an experienced Director of Nursing  for a skilled nursing facility in the Bensenville/Northlake Area.

We have been placing exceptional Registered Nurses in permanent jobs all across Chicagoland for the past 12 years.

Director of Nursing/DON will:
  • Be responsible for the recruitment and development of nursing staff.
  • Ensure that all nursing personnel follow policies and procedures.
  • Planning, directing, coordinating and evaluating nursing care services.
  • Ensure that the facility is in strict compliance with all state and federal guidelines, which includes an active role in the preparation for all state surveys, and taking all necessary steps to create a plan of correction.

Job Requirements



  • Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois.
  • Must have at least 2-3 years of experience working as a DON or ADON, of a Skilled Nursing Facility.
