  • HealthCare Select has an exciting new career opportunity as Onsite Manager  at a premier hospital in the South Bay. Working in partnership with our client hospital, the HC Select Program Manager will work on site, under minimal supervision to establish and maintain a professional working relationship with our client.  Our number one goal is to fill temporary orders with quality staff. 

The ideal Candidate will have the following experience:

  • Successful track record in recruiting and contract staff preferably in healthcare or IT.
  • Experience with managing temporary supplier relationships, which include matching supplier staff to assignments, ending assignments, dismissals, timekeeping, performance improvements, compliance management, credential audits and quality customer service.
  • Maintain excellent communication and follow up skills with supplier representatives and client managers as needed to resolve/escalate supplier employee issues: performance, dismissals, changes in status of temps on assignment, etc.

 

  • Strong Administrative skill in conducting continuous analyses of supplier partnership, resume submittals, interviews to hire, new hires, process compliance, and billing.

 
Duties will include:

    • Filing all registry and long term temporary orders – whole house
    • Answer phones
    • Timekeeping
    • Schedule orientation classes
    • Arrange for new start badging process
    • Track evaluation forms for return
    • Provide feedback and customer service to client and suppliers
    • Verify for accuracy and forward profiles to managers
    • Schedule registry pre-booking and make necessary calls to confirm schedules
    • Work with hospital scheduler to cover Registry needs
    • Verify compliance files for:
      • DHS
      • TJC
      • Hospital Requirements


Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Previous branch management experience  in staffing either healthcare, clerical/finance or IT
  • Must have recruiting and customer service background
  • Healthcare experience highly desired
  • Information Technology experience highly desired
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbal, interpersonal, and in presentations.
  • Able to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management
  • Must have excellent problem solving, critical thinking, organizational, interpersonal and motivational skills
  • Working knowledge of: desktop computers and MS Office Suites- Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Internet access, fax, copiers, phones and other office equipment needed for the position function
  • Ability to multitask and problem solve
