Full-Time position for Purchasing Department Clerk.
Duties include but not limited to:
• Prepare and enter Purchase Orders and invoices on the Mas 200 Accounting System for 19 properties. Update spreadsheets in excel.
• Prepare, match, sort invoices, and interpret data to be entered.
• Contact vendors of invoices to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data.
• Knowledge of Excel and Mas accounting system
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Carry out multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
