INSIDE SALES
leading value-added distributor of business telephony, data, audio and video conferencing, and security technology products, including equipment and software for the SMB and Enterprise markets. ESSENTIAL INSIDE SALES JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Maintain a customer margin base of $500K and less (margin adjusted sales revenue), by generating qualified new business leads and expanding existing business relationships within your pipeline.
  • Drive sales activity and be responsible for achieving quarterly and annual sales and margin goals.
  • Heavy outbound sales calling and networking within territory to identify and hunt for new business leads (40+ calls per day).
  • Complete and total utilization of EPICOR CRM. 100% compliance.
  • Learn and support all of the products distributed by the company.
  • Troubleshoot order issues and own the resolution, manage customer complaints and return goods process.
  • Learn and support all of the products distributed by the company.
  • Ability to appreciate feedback, hear and utilize input and influences – to be coachable.

INSIDE SALES EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum of 2 plus years of sales experience.
  • Product knowledge of Avaya and Nortel a plus.
  • Must be a highly motivated and possess a personal commitment to the success of the sales organization and goals.
  • Conduct duties and responsibilities in a moral, honest and ethical manner.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Power Point and Word.

EDUCATION:

INSIDE SALES COMPENSATION:
This position is non-exempt, hourly,$30K per year plus a $5K bonus opportunity split and paid quarterly based on meeting goals
