Manager, Marketing Analytics - Chicago suburbs

Chicago-based global financial services firm seeks a Manager, Marketing Analytics with hands-on experience with SAS within the credit card industry to provide analytical leadership supporting credit card/account origination, portfolio management and cross-sell activities.

• Bachelor degree in marketing, business, related field or equivalent experience. Masters strongly degree preferred
• Five years relevant marketing strategy & analytics working experience with a minimum of 3 years in the credit card industry
• Deep experience of market leading Cards capability and Cards lifecycle management.
• Experience of working closely with Credit Risk to make optimal decisions
• Hands-on analytics experience, knowledge of SAS. Ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building predictive models, especially response models
• Knowledge or background in marketing and customer segmentation.
• Strong strategy, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proven business project leading experience, as well as of leading an analytical team and working in complex matrix environments.
• Excellent analytical/problem solving skills
