1. 5 years Multi-Unit (5 or more units) Quick Service Restaurant Experience.
2. Preferred if experience is in YUM Brand
3. Preferred Taco Bell Experience

We are currently seeking a talented, energetic go getter to join us in the capacity of Area Coach for our multi-concept restaurants located in Los Angeles and surrounding Areas.

The successful candidate will over-see the day to day operations of several Taco Bell restaurants with responsibilities to include maintaining fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, ensuring products are consistent with company quality standards.

Ensuring OSHA and company safety and security policies are met.
Controlling day to day operation of restaurants/market by supporting store managers with scheduling, managing labor, controlling costs, recruiting, training and motivating the team and following all cash and security procedures

5 Years Restaurant Experience Required preferred Taco Bell
5 Years Multi Unit Restaurant Experience Required minimum of 8 restaurants
Commitment to Excellence
Good Oral and Written skills
Basic math, accounting and computer skills
Supervisory experience in either a food service including P&L
Strong customer service skills
Valid Driver's License with good driving record
