District Manager - Home Furnishings (Lehigh Valley)

Due to current expansion, Regional Home Furnishings retailer is seeking a seasoned District Manager to oversee Northeastern PA territory. Candidates must have at least 5-7 years multi-unit supervisory experience within a commissioned sales environment. The Sales Management piece is most important for this position. Preferably with one of the following types of retail stores: furniture, home furnishings, home decor, carpet, bedding, window treatment, etc. Must have a successful track record in developing management teams, driving sales and be capable of thriving in a commissioned sales/strong customer service environment.

Candidates must have at least 5-7 years multi-unit supervisory experience within a commissioned sales environment, at a Home Furnishings retailer, i.e., Furniture, Home Decor, Carpeting, Bedding, Window Treatments, etc.  Company offers Competitive Salary + Bonus + Company Car + Comprehensive Health Insurance + Retirement Plan + 401K + Flexible Spending Accounts.
