We are looking for an HR Administrative Assistant  who will support an extremely fast paced office for a long term temporary assignment. The ideal candidate will have a great attitude and a strong work ethic.

Some responsibilities will include:
Administrative support, clerical projects, screening resumes, setting up interviews, processing payroll, conducting reference checks, answering phones, data entry, greeting candidates and other administrative functions.

Requirements:
  • A combination of an HR/ Administrative background
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Great Typing skills
  • The ability to work independently
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • 2+ years of administrative experience
