Job Description

The perfect individual for this job is passionate about serving the Los Angeles chronic disease population, experienced in utilization and/or case management, and is not afraid to challenge themselves and grow with this nationally and internationally acclaimed organization.

This is a full time, permanent position with excellent benefits, regular Monday through Friday hours, and the potential for worldwide adventures and exposure (if desired!)

Job Requirements

CA RN
2+ years experience in case management or utilization review
Acute care experience preferred
Experience serving the chronically ill patients, especially HIV or AIDS patients
Spanish is a big plus
