We work closely with architects and owners from around the world on large, complex projects with a focus on sustainability and energy performance of the built environment.
About the Job
Our focus is on total asset management for existing facilities. Our facility engineering services include evaluation, repair and restoration design of structural, architectural, and MEP systems. We also provide sustainability studies, energy audits, commissioning, physical and environmental due diligence studies, reserve studies, and facility evaluations (FCAs and facility audits).
Our facility management services include organizational assessments, O&M plan development, preventive maintenance program development, facility maintenance labor needs analysis, (LNA)/staffing analysis, facility benchmarking studies, FM business process analysis and re-engineering, facility asset management, asset and equipment inventories, CMMS/CAFM implementations, and FM technology optimization and implementation.

Position responsibilities include both field and office work in the investigation and evaluation of existing mechanical systems, analysis of building performance, and retro-fit design applications. Additional responsibilities include- client interaction, proposal preparation, project management, and training of younger staff. Ideal candidates will have strong technical, written and verbal communication skills; condition assessment experience with basic building systems, distribution, lighting, controls, and code compliance; knowledge of construction; commissioning and energy evaluation experience. An understanding of how building MEP systems function, including typical issues encountered regarding maintenance, repair, and replacements is essential. Minimum 10 years of experience is required.
