General Duties / Activities

 

 Provide excellent and professional service to both new and prospective clients

  • Prospect and generate new business through leads, referrals and cross-sell opportunities
  • Handle & service new and existing accounts

 

Job Requirements

  •   Producer Licenses in Property, Casualty, Health and Life (or obtained within 90 days of employment) 
  •   ·  Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus 
  •   Computer skills required: basic Internet knowledge, word processing, and email systems  
  •   Organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
  •   Strong written and oral communication skills 
  •   Outstanding sales and relationship skills
  •   Must be highly motivated and self driven
  •   Must be customer service oriented 
  •   Prior insurance experience is not required
  • Ability to learn American Family products, services, and computer systems
  • Must have clean credit

 

This is a Part Time position 

 

$10.00 - $12.00 hr to start, plus commission
