Inside Sales Representative

Exciting opportunity to join a dynamic sales team with growth potential. As an Inside Sales Rep, you will not only cultivate existing business, but you will be responsible for driving sales growth with new business.  Along with upholding exceptional customer service, you will be responsible for educating both existing and prospective clients on the value of becoming a business partner with the company.  Additional responsibilities for this rewarding sales opportunity include but are not limited to the following:

  • Collaborating with customers
  • Developing and achieving sales goals for existing clients
  • Building meaningful customer relationships
  • Implementing and supporting new promotions   
  • Supporting customers with and trouble-shotting when necessary
  • Planning and achieving sales goals through the development of new business
  • Engaging in cold-calling activities
  • Profiling prospective accounts and converting leads into customers
  • Providing timely reports to management including calendar activities, sales calls, etc.

Job Requirements

  • A strong work ethic and sense of commitment
  • Able to work in a very fast paced environment
  • Closing skills and the ability to build lasting relationships built on honesty and integrity
  • Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
  • 4 year college degree preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years of related sales and customer service experience, or a combination of both.
