Job Description

Corporate Senior Auditor Location: Chicagoland area Company: Fortune 20 company Requirements: 2-5 years of experience Public Accounting or Corporate Auditing experience Must be an out-of-the-box/strategic thinker Position consists of 80% Financial Audits, 20% Operational Audits, 10% Special Projects. Also the position has 25% Domestic Travel.

Job description
• Serve as a team member responsible for execution of financial, operational and compliance team
• Review assigned portions of internal audit programs, determining compliance with policies and procedures, recommending corrective actions and preparing reports of findings
• Make recommendations using independent judgment concerning areas(s) being reviewed
• Exercise judgment within broadly defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action

 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 2-4  years audit experience (either external or internal) 
  • CPA or CIA certification preferred
