Lead Carpenter

Local remodeling company is looking for a Lead Carpenter to join their team of professionals.

 

Job Description:

• Provide on-site project management and supervision.
• Supervise and schedule carpenters and subcontractors.
• Order materials.
• Coordinate with the Production Manager and clients.
• Expedite timely completion of work, on budget.
• Ensure safety and enforce jobsite rules.
• Maintain regular client contact during projects.
• Handle project paperwork and documentation

 

Needed Skills:

• Lead Safe Certification
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organization and supervisory skills
• Extensive rough and finish carpentry skills
• Knowledge of a broad range of constructions methods and techniques
• Basic understanding of all trades relevant to each project
• Problem solving skills
• Need to your own have reliable transportation and
• Your own tools
