Job Requirements Must have a current Oregon CNA license. Prefer high school diploma. Prefer two years of experience in home health setting hospice, home health or private duty. Must have current Oregon driver’s license, dependable transportation, and proof of current automobile insurance. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to push up to 75 pounds and pull up to 50 pounds. Ability to frequently bend, twist and kneel. Ability to frequently sit, stand, and make repetitive motions involving hands/wrists and feet involved in writing and driving. Ability to safely drive own vehicle frequently.
