We are searching for an experienced and dynamic Home Health Clinical Supervisor / Registered Nurse

Job Summary:  Primary responsibility is to coordinate and manage all clinical activities. Assumes responsibility for continuity, appropriateness, and quality of service delivered by the branch. Supervises and provides direction and leadershio to clincical personnel.

We require our Clinical Supervisor / Registered Nurse to meet the following qualifications:

 

• At least 1 full year of experience as an RN Clinical Supervisor in home health or hospice setting
• Strong clinical skills and experience in ICU, ER, and Med-Surg are a plus but not required 
• A graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Longevity and solid tenure throughout work history - we are looking for someone who wants to settle into a career and not job hop
• Demonstrated passion for patient care and compassion for others
• High value system and standards with an exceptional work ethic
• Experience with HCHB is a huge plus!  If no HCHB experience, experience with a point of care device or positive energy towards advancing technology 
• Current state license in the state of TX (in good standing) as a Registered Nurse
• Current CPR license and auto insurance 
• Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook along with other computer applications
• Must possess excellent written, communication, leadership, and organizational skills
