Job Description

Responsibilities: Our client is seeking a Financial Analyst in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (PA).

Job Duties:

  • Prepare monthly financial projections

  • Review and analyze monthly financial statements

  • Analyze product costing and pricing

  • Perform operational audits of homebuilding, mortgage banking and manufacturing facilities

  • Assist with the preparation of annual and long-range business plans

  • Recommend process improvements

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

  • BA/BS in an Accounting or Finance related field

  • MBA with 4+ years of business experience in financial analysis or planning analysis OR CPA with 4+ years of public accounting experience at a national firm

  • Strong working knowledge of spreadsheet software

  • Large manufacturing or real estate experience is a plus

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strategic thinking and persuasive skills required
