Technical Project Leader (Job ID: 178949)

Overview:
Technical Project Manager to lead a team (including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Supply Management) to develop the electronic module for automotive application
Core Responsibilities:

•Working with internal and external customers to meet project milestones and deliverables

•Developing the project plan to meet financial targets(material cost and R&D)

•Leading an engineering team in design and development of vehicle wireless control system, from design concept to production launch

•Provide direction to the manufacture team for production launch as well as implementing changes in timely matter

Additional Responsibilities:

•Working with the global platform teams to introduce the new technologies and product strategies, while still meeting customer requirements

•Managing the activities between project team and centralized groups (i.e.: validation lab, purchasing, SQM.) for prototype builds and DV/PV testing

•Responsible for on time documentation release for production

•Following the corporation process for project development, design review, project status review, quality review…

•Responsible to build team spirit and mentor team members.

•Supporting quality initiatives and warranty analysis

Core Capabilities:

•Leadership skill in the engineering

•Organization skill to handle multiple project

Required Qualifications:
•3+ years of experience on project management.
•Good knowledge of automotive electronic module development
•Good understanding of requirements engineering and management processes.
•Ability to communicate with customer on technical aspect.Preferred Qualifications:
•Good understanding of wireless technologies for Tire Pressure Sensor
•Experience with NAFTA OEM customers
