Compensation: $72,000.99 to $100,000.00 per year
Our client in the York, PA area is looking for an experienced Controller. This position will ultimately succeed the current CFO, and qualified candidates must have experience in a manufacturing environment, a proven track record of providing strategic leadership, and experience dealing with customers, vendors and banking relationships. Initially this position will oversee and supervise the daily operations of the Accounting Department and assist the CFO with the financial affairs of the organization and the preparation of financial analyses of operations, including interim and final financial statements. Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Master's/MBA preferred, and 7+ years progressive accounting experience as Controller, including supervision of other accounting employees. Candidates must be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines while working with Directors and Managers to make sound strategic and functional decisions.
