Classification: Accountant - Senior
Compensation: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
Our client is growing! This growth has resulted in many opportunities within their Accounting and Finance Departments.
Working as part of a team that oversees the accounting for multiple subsidiaries, the Senior Accountant will be responsible for a variety of tasks including balance sheet account reconciliations, report writing, assuring adherence to generally accepted accounting principles, and special project work pertaining to system conversions and integrating newly acquired subsidiaries. Additional duties involve obtaining financial information from various department personnel used in high level reports for senior management.
Qualifications Include:
1. Four year degree in Accounting.
2. Experience working as part of a team at a company with at least $50 million in revenue.
3. Experience handling challenging account reconciliations, preparing journal entries, and solving problems.
